The challenge

Recovery can't happen if it never begins.

For the 100 million people with severe paralysis worldwide, traditional rehabilitation often isn't an option — not because recovery takes longer, but because they cannot initiate movement.

Without that first step, the rehabilitation journey never starts. VIBRAINT was designed for this critical gap.

Introducing the Rehabilitation Primer™

It doesn't replace rehabilitation. It helps make rehabilitation possible.

Before patients can rebuild movement, they need to re-establish the connection between intention and action.

Using brain-computer interface technology, AI and robotics, VIBRAINT detects motor intent and translates it into assisted movement, reinforcing the brain-body connection through repeated feedback — with VR immersion to keep patients engaged.

  1. 01

    Intend

The patient imagines moving. A non-invasive headset captures brain activity.

  2. 02

    Detect

AI recognises the motor intent in real time.

  3. 03

    Move

The robot assists the movement while VR shows it happening.

  4. 04

    Reinforce

Repeated feedback strengthens the brain-to-muscle connection.

Artificial intelligence / Human intention

A signal.
A connection.
A beginning.

AI recognises motor intent. Robotics translates it into assisted movement. Repeated feedback reconnects intention and action.

Why this matters

A new starting point for recovery.

For patients & families

  • Creates the first measurable signs of movement
  • Restores hope and engagement
  • Opens the path toward conventional therapy

For clinicians

  • A new intervention for severe paralysis
  • Objective rehabilitation data
  • More options for patients with limited alternatives

For healthcare systems

  • Addresses an underserved population
  • Supports earlier intervention
  • Potential for improved long-term outcomes

Backed by science.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is VIBRAINT RehUp?

VIBRAINT RehUp is a Rehabilitation Primer™: a non-invasive platform combining a brain-computer interface, AI, robotics and VR immersion. It detects a patient's intention to move and turns it into assisted movement, reinforcing the brain-to-muscle connection.

Who is it designed for?

People with severe paralysis who cannot yet start conventional rehabilitation because they are unable to initiate movement — for example after stroke or spinal cord injury — and the clinics that care for them.

Is it invasive?

No. VIBRAINT reads brain signals through a wearable headset. There is no surgery or implant.

Is VIBRAINT available today?

VIBRAINT RehUp is an investigational device and is not yet available for sale. Clinics, researchers and patients interested in future studies or early access are welcome to contact us.

How can a clinic adopt it?

VIBRAINT is designed so rehabilitation clinics can introduce it in one day with $0 upfront cost. Contact us to discuss partnership and pilot opportunities.

How can investors get involved?

We welcome conversations with investors who share our mission. Email us to request our investor materials and whitepaper.
